A pilot project of indoor position tracking using BLE iBeacon to track positions of building occupants and fire fighters. Commanders uses a browser on pads to remotely track the progress of the rescue mission, and to give commands and get real time video feedback from the fire fighters on the field.

This a pilot project commissioned by the Southern Taiwan Science Park, with the goal of pushing this system out to all the high-tech factories in the Park in the future.

Information such as Hazardous Materials, safety exits, temperature, other fire fighters and victims locations are displayed on AR glasses (Hololens) to keep informed during the rescue.

I headed the design with a team of PM, coders and 3d-modelers for this project.
